The concept for Umaichi emerged from Japanese Cuisine and many years of working in some of the finest and most recognized restaurants in Hawaii, Los Angeles, and Orange counties.

 

Andrew Song is ready to share and introduce his extensive knowledge and cooking skills with those who have followed him throughout the years, as well as emerging new clientele, by opening his first restaurant, Ramen Umaichi in Santa Clarita, CA.
